Yes. Whether we are designing a garden office, a granny annexe, a garden gym, or a garden bar, we guarantee the same U-values so the room can be repurposed if required at a later date.

All of Cheshire Cedar Buildings Garden Rooms are bespoke built. We aim to complete the process within 6 weeks of the design sign-off. Book a design consultation here

We can offer a lightweight design service that confirms our understanding of a customer’s vision with a 2D drawing including dimensions, elevations, and floor plan.

For customers who seek creativity and new concepts, we offer a full design service allowing you to view the garden room as a computer-generated image to scale in its environment.

We can offer support with local authority planning if the building is required.

Each local authority interprets the permitted development rules differently.

Providing the building is used for occasional work and leisure purposes, and is built within the size and positioning requirements we can commission the building under permitted development.

Yes. All of our garden rooms are fully insulated so can be utilised throughout the year for your intended application, whether it be for relaxation or work.

We offer professionally installed air conditioning and underfloor heating solutions. 

We can connect to existing water, sewage, and electrical services which allows the garden room to become a granny annexe or treatment room if required.

All service requirements will be assessed at the site survey.

Foundations: A garden room will require solid foundations. There are many solutions available depending on the existing ground which include: concrete bases and ground screws systems.

Services: Depending on your intended use, water, electricity, gas and broadband can be installed in the garden room. Installation of these services will be subject to a survey by a qualified trade.

Furniture: Cheshire Cedar Buildings offers bespoke custom built furnishings including cabinets and bars. 

No, we offer a range of aesthetically pleasing cladding materials including Siberian Larch, Thermowood, Accoya.
